Michel MALL
Associate Lawyer
He began his career as an in-house lawyer where he gained extensive experience in the protection and management of industrial property rights (trademarks, designs, contracts). This experience has enabled him to develop a deeper understanding of the needs and operation methods of companies.
Admitted to the Strasbourg Bar Association in 1993, he has developed an international corporate clientele.
He has completed many training courses in mediation in order to better serve his clients. He is fluent in English.
Cécile MARCHAL
Associate Lawyer
Cécile MARCHAL has a Master Degree in Intellectual Property Law and Valuation of Intangible Assets from the Center for International Intellectual Property Studies (CEIPI) of Strasbourg.
Before her admission to the Strasbourg Bar in January 2016, she had the opportunity to work for a major French oil company and a technology transfer acceleration company, which gave her a global understanding of the operation methods and needs of companies.
She treats cases in both French and English.

The Contract Centre is a flexible Legal Department support service for complex contracts and claims relating to international projects in various fields, including conventional and renewable power generation, waste to energy and oil & gas.
The Contract Centre was founded by Iain Jacobs, a Scottish solicitor and New York attorney, who spent over 20 years as an in-house lawyer, holding the positions of General Counsel of Alstom’s Power Service sector and Head of Contracts in ABB’s Legal & Integrity function. The Contract Centre’s personnel consists exclusively of senior international lawyers who have worked both in law firms and as in-house counsel who aim to provide competent, fast, business-oriented advice at a reasonable cost. The lawyers are appointed based on their expertise in the relevant contract subject matter and language.
